Words cannot begin to express the great level of customer service Hugo and his team (Rodrigo and John) provided to us on our family trip to Portugal. Tour guides Rodrigo and John were exceptional and provided in depth and detailed knowledge of all the places we visited.

We were dealing directly with Hugo who is punctual and gets back to you in a timely fashion. We booked two tours – for 11 pp in two vans. We had the pleasure of having Rodrigo and John (sorry cannot recall the Portuguese spelling of John’s name) as our drivers. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and gave us an excellent tour of Sintra and Cascais and the Sesimbra Azeitao and Setubal Tour. Tours were fantastic.
