Hugo was born in 1976 in one of Lisbon most precisely Campo de Ourique one of the most charismatic Lisbon neighborhoods, where many writers and artists lived. He went to a public school like most of his friends, left school early to start working as a taxi driver in Lisbon, a job he loved, where every day was different and where he had the opportunity to practice different languages with clients from allover the world, the love of communication and history made him return to school of Tourism. After finishing his graduation in Tourism he came determined to change his career and embark on tourism, from there to today was a small step.
A simple person, who believes in the next one ,and who feels a great responsibility in representing his country, like he says we need to live of the Tourism and not of the Tourist.
